This coin was issued to celebrate the Royal Wedding of Prince William and Catherine Middleton. It is only the second royal wedding commemorative coin to be issued with up to 3,000 maximum coins minted by the Royal Mint (the first issue was to commemorate the wedding of Prince Charles and Princess Diana).
This mint-condition Five Pound Proof gold coin (also known as a Crown, or Quintuple Sovereign) is beautifully packaged in a wooden case with felt lining and also carries a numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
