A collectable grade gold 1887 Two Pound Double Sovereign of Queen Victoria. This coin, struck with the new bust of Queen Victoria with a small crown, was designed by Sir Joseph Edgar Boehm, and is known as the "Jubilee head" to celebrate a successful 50 years of her reign. The reverse shows the famous St George slaying the Dragon, designed by Benedetto Pistrucci.
This coin has been swivel mounted in the past via two very small edge holes, but hardly deters from a high grade large gold coin to addition any coin collection.
