Description

A collectable, high grade, silver Florin of Queen Victoria, dated 1887. This coin has the "Jubilee bust", veiled and draped, facing left. The reverse has crowned cruciform shields and sceptres. Medium-toned and slightly darker to top of bust and reverse. Very minor edge knocks.

Obverse
Veiled and draped "Jubilee bust" of Queen Victoria, "JEB" on truncation for "Joseph Edgar Boehm" the engraver. VICTORIA DEI GRATIA.

Reverse
Crowned cruciform shields, garter star in centre, with four sceptres in the angles. BRITT: REG: 1887 FID:DEF:.
