A collectable, hammered Irish silver Penny of King Henry III, struck between the years 1216 through to 1272. The obverse features a crude style face within a triangle; hand holding a sceptre with a cinquefoil to the bottom right. The reverse shows the voided long cross with pellets in the angles with the name of the moneyer "Ricard" who struck the coin at the mint of Dublin in Ireland. This coin is in very fine condition, and has excellent facial details. A good example of this type, these Irish coins are now becoming very collectable.

Voided long cross pomee, pellets in centre, three pellets in angles. RICARD.ON.DIVE.
