A collectable grade Hammered Silver Halfpenny of King Henry the Sixth. On the obverse is the facing bust with a pellet either side of the crown. The coin was struck during the" Leaf-Pellet issue" 1445 to 1454. Easily identified by a "Leaf" on the breast of the King. The reverse features the long cross with pellets to the centre and the wording CIVITAS LONDON meaning being struck at the city of London. Even toned with excellent bold face details, small flan crack below bust.
