The 2017 1oz Spiderman coin is the first in a series of coins by Marvel™. The coin is limited to a mintage of 50,000, so will be highly sought by collectors.
The coin is one ounce of fine silver (999.9) and has been manufactured by leading refiner Perth Mint for the country of Tuvalu. Queen Elizabeth II's portrait by Ian Rank-Broadley features on the obverse.
The reverse of the coin contains a large action shot of Spiderman and a background of a spider-web. The Marvel and Spiderman logo's are displayed along with a copyright mark for Marvel to indicate that this is an authorised product.
