The 2023 1/10oz gold Kookaburra coin is a part of the Australian Kookaburra Series by Perth Mint, which offers beautiful new designs each year. Each coin contains a tenth ounce of 9999 pure gold, and is issued with a face value of $15 (AUD) by Australia.
The design of the Kookaburra coin changes each year, this year two kookaburras are depicted perched among the blossoms and small branches of the native waratah plant. The obverse of the coin features the final effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, created by Jody Clark.
