A collectable silver Halfcrown of Queen Anne, dated 1707, with "E" below the bust. The "E" representing that this coin was struck at the Edinburgh mint. This coin features the second draped bust facing left. The reverse has the crowned cruciform shield, with plain angles. The coin was minted just after the Union with Scotland in 1707, where the seat of Scottish government came to London. This coin was minted in the last year of Queen Anne's reign, as the last Stuart Monarch to take the throne.
