A rare and collectable silver milled Half Crown of King Charles II dated 1683. The obverse features the Fourth laureate head facing right. The reverse shows crowned cruciform shields with interlinked "C"s in the angles. The edge inscription reads T.QVINTO and a variant on the obverse of ("E"over "D" in DEI).
This 1683 silver Half Crown of excellent grade with lots of "eye appeal" with even dark toning, very small scratch across the obverse below the chin which doesn't deter to being a excellent coin to add to any collection.
