This 2004 Proof gold Sovereign 4-coin set features a Proof quintuple-sovereign (five-pound coin), double-sovereign (two-pound coin), sovereign and half-sovereign.
These proof coins have been struck using specially selected blanks and highly polished dies. During striking, the coinage dies exert enormous pressure on the coin blank, with at least two separate blows (or strikes), ensuring that the impression has extra clarity. Complete with its own Certificate of Authenticity.
