This five pound proof silver coin minted to celebrate the 75th Birthday of King Charles III comes presented in a beautiful Royal Mint box.
Born on November 14, 1948, at Buckingham Palace, Charles Philip Arthur George, now King Charles III, ascended the throne on September 8, 2022, following over 70 years as the heir apparent. Passionate about the arts, architecture, and environmental causes, he champions sustainability by working harmoniously with nature. Celebrating his 75th birthday, this coin features a design by Royal Mint's Dan Thorne which has been personally approved by The King. It features the King's royal cypher, with the number 75, framed by oak leaves and delphiniums.
