The 2022 Britannia quarter ounce silver coin contains 7.775 grams of fine silver at a purity of 999 parts per thousand. A new addition to The Royal Mint's roster of coins, this will be the second issue of the bullion 1/4oz silver Britannias.
As with all coins from The Royal Mint, these 2022 1/4oz silver Britannia's are British legal tender, with a face value of 50 pence. As such they are exempt from Capital Gains Tax, making them a great choice for British investors.
