A collectable grade silver Penny of King Edward I, minted at Bristol in the last part of the 13th century.
These pennies with the facing bust and long cross reverse became the standard design for many years to come. King Edward the First was best remembered for attempting to unite England, Scotland and Wales.
Condition: Fine.
