A collectable silver Crown of Queen Victoria, dated 1897 LXI. This crown is of the third and final issue of Crowns, beginning in 1893 and issued each year until her death in 1901. The obverse features the old veiled head portrait, designed by Thomas Brock. The reverse features the classic Benedetto Pistrucci design of St. George on horseback slaying a dragon. This coin in about bright extremely fine condition with light contact marks makes an excellent addition to any numismatic collection.
