Sell backs by post - Paused
Unfortunately, we are unable accept sell backs that require postage to us. This is due to the potential for the delay of parcels arriving with us, our ability to guarantee the price if deliveries are delayed, and limitations in being able to process any sell backs in a timely manner. Our regular counter service for buying and selling precious metals onsite is also closed.
Any customer looking to sell from their storage account can get in touch directly as normal.
We are taking a responsible approach to ensure we don’t over promise in these unprecedented circumstances.
As soon as we are able to accept sell backs we will let customers know on the operational update page here - www.bullionbypost.co.uk/info/operational-update/
If you would like us to get in touch with you directly once sell backs resume please email us on [email protected] with your full name, contact number and what you are looking to sell.
Thank you for your understanding.
