Selling Your Stored Bullion Back to Us

If you're selling your bullion back to us extraction from the vault is free.

Payments are made by bank transfer into your linked account. Same day CHAPS payments are available at a charge of £30. See the 'Sell' section of our website or call us on 0121 634 8060 during office hours for our current buying prices.

If you're selling part of an order and the value of metal sold is less than £2500 we will charge you a revaulting fee to return the remaining unsold items into secure Allocated Storage. Please see the table below for more information:

Delivery Charges

You can request physical delivery of part or all of your stored bullion by contacting us. Shipping will be charged at 0.35% of the current value of the shipment (based on spot price), plus a £25 handling fee. These charges are subject to VAT. Please see the table below for more information:

Standard shipping will take up to 5 working days and is limited to £50,000 per parcel. Larger value orders will be delivered in multiple parcels or by special arrangement via a high-security vehicle. All deliveries are fully insured. Simply call 0121 634 8060 during office hours to request delivery and we will make arrangements. Delivery is only available to your UK linked account address.
