Australian Emu Coins
The silver Emu joined the Perth Mint's Australian wildlife coins in 2018. The emu is the largest bird native to Australia and one of the two animals on the national coat of arms, alongside the kangaroo.
Like the Mint's other animal series the design changes annually and the mintage is limited, which keeps the range of dates small and gives earlier issues a following with collectors.
