Australian Silver Swan Coins
The silver Swan was introduced by the Perth Mint in 2017, taking the black swan of Western Australia as its subject. The bird is the state's emblem and gives the Swan River, beside which the Mint stands, its name.
The design changes every year and the mintage is capped, so completed runs of dates are sought after. It is one of the few Perth Mint silver coins struck to 999.9 rather than 999 fineness.
