How to sell your scrap gold
To sell your scrap gold, please follow the steps below:
- Call us on 0121 634 8060 - One of our friendly bullion dealers will explain the process of selling your scrap gold, including what types of gold we buy back.
- Post it to us - Before you can post your goods to us you must book the sale in. Once your gold scrap is booked in you will receive a confirmation email. This gives you a reference number, as well as our name and address for postage. We also ask for your basic bank details to be included with your items so we can make your payment once we've received and inspected your item(s).
Please always use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service with the appropriate level of insurance. Coverage goes up to £2,500 per parcel. Click here for more information. - Get paid by Bank Transfer - Within 3 working days of receiving and inspecting your gold we will pay directly into your nominated bank account.

14 carat gold is 58.5% pure, meaning it is worth 58.5% the spot price for gold. Depending on the weight of the scrap gold you wish to sell, we will pay up to 95% of this value. All our rates are based on the live gold price, meaning that you will receive an accurate value for your scrap jewellery.
