A 2005 tenth ounce American Eagle gold coin from the US Mint.
The obverse design of the gold Eagle features Liberty with flowing hair, holding a torch and an olive branch was produced by Augustus Saint-Gaudens. The reverse features a male eagle carrying an olive branch, protecting a nest containing a female eagle and her hatchlings was designed by Miley Busiek. The mintage of tenth ounce eagles for 2005 was 49,265 coins.
