The 2015 Britannia 1oz is a British gold coin, minted by the Royal Mint. This effigy of Queen Elizabeth II shows her profile facing right, wearing a diamond tiara. It is the fourth official portrait of Queen Elizabeth II to be used on coins minted by the Royal Mint. The sculptor's initials, 'IRB', are visible at the bottom of the head.

The inscription on the coin reads 'ELIZABETH II.D.G REG.FID.DEF'.

Reverse: The reverse of the 2015 1oz Gold Britannia features the classic figure of Lady Britannia, designed by Philip Nathan, with the text 'NATHAN' at the bottom of the coin.
