This set features all four portraits of Queen Elizabeth II on four Brilliant Uncirculated five pound sovereigns, also known as the Quintuple Sovereign. These coins were issued as a special tribute for the 50th anniversary of the Queen's coronation, and are all standard size and weight for a five-pound coin; 22-carat gold (91.67% fineness), 36.02mm diameter and 39.94grams per coin. However, this set features an extra 'U' symbol on the coins themselves, representing their Brilliant Uncirculated state.
