Description

A beautiful, 15 gram 2022 Chinese Panda gold coin, struck in pure 999 fine gold, with a face value of 200 Yuan.

The coin features the Temple of Heaven in Beijing on its obverse and the reverse features a new panda design each year. This year's design features two pandas playing in the snow as a celebration of the winter Olympic Games being held in Beijing.

In 2016 the Panda coin range changed in size from the troy ounce measurement used by other international coin manufacturers to the nearest equivalent metric values. As such, this 15g 2022 Chinese Panda coin contains just slightly less gold than the 15.5g found in the traditional half ounce coins.
