PCGS Grading StandardsGraded Coins - Market conditions can significantly affect the secondary market value of coins and you may not get back what you paid. Market conditions include the underlying metal price, collector tastes, and changes to the population / availability of the coin. These can affect the value of the coin and can push prices back towards the intrinsic bullion value of the metal.
