Description

A quarter ounce American Eagle gold coin from 2022.

The obverse design of the Eagle gold coin features Lady Liberty with flowing hair holding a torch and olive branch. It was originally produced by Augustus Saint-Gaudens for the US Mint's limited edition Double Eagle coins in the early 1900s. The new reverse design features a close up of a bald eagle's head.

The 0.25oz gold Eagle coin is struck in 22-carat gold (.9167) and contains 7.775 grams of pure gold, it is official legal tender in the United States of America, with a value of $10.
