The 2023 Britannia tenth ounce gold coin, made of 24 carat gold (999.9 fineness).
BullionByPost is an official partner to The Royal Mint and we source all of our new 2023 1/10oz gold Britannia coins directly from their refinery in Llantrisant, Wales. The coin features the traditional Lady Britannia design with the 2021 security features.
This will also be the last 1/10oz gold Britannia coin to feature Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, and will be a limited mintage for the remainder of 2022. A new range of King Charles III Britannia coins will then be released in the new year.
This Britannia bullion coin will contain a tenth of a troy ounce (3.1 grams) of fine gold and have a face value of £10. Due to their status as British Legal tender they are exempt from Capital Gains Tax.
