Description

The 2023 3 Gram Panda is a Chinese gold coin, minted by the China Gold Coin Incorporation. The weight of the coin is 3 grams with a fineness of 999.9 (24 carat gold), this means it contains 3 grams of pure gold. The diameter of the coin is 18 mm. The 3g Gold Pandas have a face value of 50 Yuan and are legal tender in China.

Obverse: The obverse of the 2023 Chinese Panda 3g depicts the Temple of Heaven in Beijing. The Chinese characters for the People's Republic of China and year of issue can also be seen.

The inscription on the coin reads '中华人民共和国', which translates to 'People's Republic of China'.

Reverse: The reverse of the 2023 3 Gram Gold Panda depicts two pandas climbing a tree. The weight and purity of the coin, as well as its face value of 50 Yuan, are also visible.
