Description

A brand-new 1 kilo cast gold bar from leading German refiners Heraeus. This bar contains 1,000 grams of pure 999.9 fine gold. The weight, purity and a unique serial number are stamped directly into the bar along with the Heraeus logo.

As a cast bar there will be an uneven finish as shown in the photos. These marks or imperfections will have no bearing on the resale value of the bar, making it an excellent choice for investors.

Heraeus was founded in 1851 by the pharmacist and chemist Wilhelm Carl Heraeus in the town of Hanau, who took over his father's apothecary and used the premises to develop pioneering techniques for smelting platinum on behalf of the local goldsmiths. As time went by his company grew, expanding into other metals, medical technology, and quartz glass.
