Continuing the classic Perth Mint Lunar series is the 2022 range, which marks the Year of the Tiger. The 2022 1/2oz Year of the Tiger gold coin contains a half ounce of fine, 24-carat gold, and has a face value of 50 Australian Dollars.
Each coin in the range includes the inscription 'TIGER 2022', as well as the Chinese character for 'tiger'. A small 'P' mintmark is also found to denote The Perth Mint.
