A collectable hammered silver Halfgroat of King Henry the Seventh with the mint mark of 'Tun' indicating being struck at the mint at Canterbury by the king and Archbishop Morton jointly between the years 1495 and 1498. The reverse shows facing crowned bust within tressure and the reverse shows long cross with three pellets in the quarters and the abbreviation of the mint. This coin in very fine condition with attractive mid tone and strong bust details would make a great addition to any collection.
