The 2022 Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II Proof gold 5oz coin is one of several coins issued by The Royal Mint to honour the life and service of the late queen.

As with all coins in the range, the obverse (front) of the coin features Martin Jennings' portrait of King Charles III for the first time, making it a historic release. With 5 troy ounces of gold and a diameter of 50mm, this will be a great opportunity for collectors to see the new Charles III coin design in greater detail.

The reverse features a new graceful design of Elizabeth II by John Bergdahl and The Royal Mint.

This Proof five ounce (155.5g) coin is struck in fine gold (999.9) and weighs a total of 156.3g. It is presented in a handsome presentation box and comes with a certificate of authenticity and full colour booklet.
