1989 Proof Gold Sovereign NGC PF67

This 1989 gold Sovereign was issued as a very special and collectible anniversary coin to mark 500 years of the Sovereign.

The design, by Bernard Sindall, shows Queen Elizabeth II on the obverse side, sat on the throne in a style mimicking that of Elizabeth I. The reverse is very similar to the original English Sovereigns too, with the Royal Arms overlaid on a double Tudor rose with a crown above.

Graded to PF67: Sharply struck with only a few imperfections.

Graded Coins - Market conditions can significantly affect the secondary market value of coins and you may not get back what you paid. Market conditions include the underlying metal price, collector tastes, and changes to the population / availability of the coin. These can affect the value of the coin and can push prices back towards the intrinsic bullion value of the metal.
