Description

A magnificent 22ct gold Medal struck by Spink and Son to commemorate Sir Winston Churchill 1874 - 1965. The obverse features the portrait of Winston Churchill. The Reverse features a soldier cheering British bomber warplanes overhead and has the text "VERY WELL, ALONE".

The medal is 38mm (1.5") across and weighs 48.1g. 1,000 medals issued. Provided boxed with certificate.
