Pre-owned but in excellent condition. This 1999 1oz silver Britannia £2 coin was struck using Britannia Silver (95.8% pure). Perfect for collectors looking for this specific year of coin.

A long tradition continues by using the Great British national symbol Britannia. Britannia's first appearance on British coinage was on the Farthing in 1672.

As usual, this British silver Britannia contains one ounce of fine silver, but the coin itself is heavier as it is struck to 95.8% purity in an alloy mix with other metals for improved strength.
