Description

The 2024 Niue Czech Lion 1oz silver coin is the latest release in the Czech Lion series, produced by the Czech Mint. The coin celebrates the symbol of sovereignty in the Czech Republic, where lions have been an important feature on the country's heraldry since the 12th century.

The coin is made of 1 troy ounce of 999 pure silver and is issued a face value of 2 Dollars from Niue Island. The obverse of the coin depicts King Charles III, while the reverse side features a regal lion design which changes every year. This years design features a very regal looking lion with the Monrovian Eagle of Saint Wenceslas in the background.
