Description

The Perth Mint are known for the beautiful design of their coins and the design of the lunar series is always eagerly awaited by collectors. This year the design features two rabbits beneath a branch by Ing Ing Jong of the Perth Mint.

This coin contains two troy ounces (62.207g) of 999.9 fine silver, and has a face value of 2 Australian Dollars.

The year of the rabbit runs from the 22nd of January 2023 until the 9th of February 2024, just like in the west rabbits represent alertness and quick wits in Chinese folklore. People born in these years are said to be ingenious, witty and vigilant.
