The 2025 Proof silver Sovereign coin from The Royal Mint. For the first time, The Royal Mint are producing a silver Sovereign for 2025. This coin features the classic George & Dragon design by Pistrucci on the reverse of the coin, with the official King Charles III effigy on the obverse.

Struck in 999 fine silver, the 2025 Proof silver Sovereign coin will weigh 7.98 grams, with the same 22.05mm diameter of the gold coin (the coin will be thicker due to silver's lower density). With a Limited Edition Presentation of 50,000, and supplied in a beautiful presentation case with certificate, the 2025 Proof silver Sovereign will mark a new milestone in the classic Sovereign range.
