2023 Bull of Clarence Silver Coin Tudor Beasts Proof Two Coin Set Boxed

The 1oz Tudor Beasts Bull of Clarence Proof silver coin is a part of The Royal Tudor Beasts Collection that pays tribute to the stone sculptures on the Moat Bridge at Hampton Court Palace, which were commissioned by Henry VIII almost 500 years ago. The Bull of Clarence is the fourth coin in the collection and symbolizes strength, power, and wealth.

The 2023 Bull of Clarence Proof 2-coin silver set features 2 x 1oz silver coins minted in 999 fine silver. Both bear the same design, created by collection artist David Lawrence, of a bull holding a shield with the Tudor Rose which is based on the stone sculpture at Hampton Court Palace. They come as a beautiful complimentary set where one coin has a proof mirrored finish and the other a 'reverse frosted finish'. Both coins feature an edge inscription that reads "HAMPTON COURT PALACE ∙ ROYAL TUDOR BEASTS" and the set comes with a booklet that explores the origin and significance of the Bull of Clarence emblem. These coins are the first in this collection to feature the new official coinage portrait of His Majesty King Charles III.
