Description

An 1887 gold Half Sovereign from the reign of Queen Victoria. This Half Sovereign features the Jubilee head design by J.E. Boehm on the obverse and the shield design on the reverse. The lack of mintmark denotes the London Mint.

Mintage - 841,200. Scarcity - Normal.
