BullionByPost are proud to present the 2023 definitive silver proof UK coinage set, an emblematic collection to mark the commencement of His Majesty King Charles III's reign. Minted by The Royal Mint, these coins, ranging from 1p to £2, showcase the official coinage portrait of The King, each adorned with a special coronation privy mark.

This definitive set is the first presentation of the new UK coinage design introduced to mark the accession of King Charles III, and represents the first UK coinage redesign in 15 years. The designs aim to embody the four nations of the United Kingdom, and the reverse of the coins features animals and plants representing His Majesty's longstanding commitment to environmental conservation. Personally endorsed by The King, these contemporary designs are a testament to his passion for preserving the Earth's natural resources.

Encased in a Royal Mint box, this commemorative set stands as a tangible expression of the shared responsibility for environmental stewardship, echoing His Majesty King Charles III's enduring commitment to a sustainable future. The set contains a total of 55.9g of sterling silver, with the £1 and £2 coins minted are an attractive two-tone design with the outer rim plated in gold.

The 2022 Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II Gold Memorial Proof Set brings together all the gold memorial coins issued by The Royal Mint to honour the life and service of the late queen.

As a tribute to the longest-reigning monarch in British history, The Royal Mint created this special memorial set that features the eight definitive coins of 2022, as well as the memorial UK 50p and £5 struck to commemorate the extraordinary life of our late queen.

Each coin is adorned with a privy mark displaying Her Majesty's birth year and the year of her passing. The portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Jody Clarke appears on the obverse of the eight definitive coins in the set and the commemorative coins feature the official coinage portrait of His Majesty The King by Martin Jennings.

This proof set contains 154.31 grams of 22-carat (916.7) gold, giving a total metal content of 141.46 grams. It is presented in a handsome presentation box and comes with a certificate of authenticity and full colour booklet.

Please note - The Royal Mint has advised that these products are not likely to be available for delivery until late December at the earliest.
